Melinda Morris Zanoni, Esq. is the Managing Member of The Law Firm of Melinda Morris Zanoni, PLLC, and also is the CEO of Legacy Talent and Entertainment. Melinda has participated in the negotiating, structuring, and closing a variety of transactions valued in excess of $21 billion.
Prior to founding the Law Firm and Legacy in 2005, Melinda was a Senior Executive of RCG Companies, a publicly traded holding company listed on the AMEX. Prior to RCG, Melinda co-founded Avenel Ventures, an innovative venture capital and development company.
Melinda was formerly an Of Counsel attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP, concentrating in entertainment, venture capital, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law representing public and private companies, including satellite television providers, radio station consolidators, and Internet companies as well as entertainment-related clients. Prior to her employment with Nelson Mullins, she was an attorney with Fagel & Haber in Chicago, IL.
Melinda earned her B.S. with Honors in Economics and Business from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and her law degree Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Melinda is a member of both the Illinois State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar. Melinda speaks on the topics of "Motorsports and Entertainment", most recently at The Racing Attorneys' Conference in 2010 and "Film Finance" at the Bar Association's presentation "Behind the Scenes: Film & Music Law". She is a Director of Bouncing Brain Holdings, LLC, which produces the television show "Everyday Edisons" and is a member of the Film Board of the Charlotte Regional Partnership.

 Jenifer Shahan McIntosh is an Attorney associated with The Law Firm. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, specifically entertainment, PR, marketing, and luxury goods. Her IP litigation experience includes infringement analysis, defendant surveillance, procedural motions such as motions for sanctions, discovery, TRO hearings, seizures, investigations, depositions, and expert witnesses. Jenifer mediates before the AAA in New York. Her IP practice extends to trademark and copyright clearance and registration, licensing and brand development, e.g., brand protection/enforcement, anti-counterfeiting and anti-cyber squatting, internet issues including negotiations for wrongfully registered domain names, USPTO interference and infringement, UDRP proceedings and actions under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and rights of publicity and other new media matters.
Jenifer has been employed by Adams IP Law, and before that Darby & Darby, P.C., Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. and Greenberg Traurig, each in New York City. Prior to her NYC experience, Jenifer had a Federal Judicial Clerkship, with the Hon. Judge Harry Mckee, in the Eastern District Of Texas. Jenifer is fluent in Spanish and her experience also includes legal writing for Bloomberg Legal.
Jenifer graduated from Baylor University School of Law, J.D. 2000, where she was on the Dean’s List and received her BS in chemistry/biology in 1996 from Angelo State University, where she was also on the Dean’s List. Jenifer is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and International Trademark Association - China Subcommittee Member.

John received his bachelor of arts, magna cum laude, from Lenoir-Rhyne University and his master of arts, summa cum laude, with a concentration in Film and Video Production, from the University of Memphis. After working in the film and video industry, John enrolled in the Charlotte School of Law and received his juris doctor, cum laude, in August of 2010.
During his time in law school, John served as a member of the law review and the Order of the Crown. He also completed internships in Los Angeles at Universal Studios and Sony Pictures (Anti-Piracy and Theatrical Distribution) as well as the Summer Entertainment Law Program at Southwestern Law School.
John concentrates in entertainment law and business law.
